What are the different worker tiers?
Bronze tier workers have basic verification. Silver tier workers have had their references checked by our team. Gold tier workers have verified training certificates in addition to reference checks.
How do I access worker contacts?
You can select up to 6 workers in your cart. Bronze package (KSh 3,000) gives access to 6 Bronze tier workers, while Silver package (KSh 6,000) gives access to 6 Silver tier workers with verified references.
What is reference verification?
For an additional KSh 500, we'll send an SMS to your references with a link to verify your work history and provide ratings. This verification badge helps you stand out to potential employers and increases your hiring chances.
How long do I have access to contacts?
Once you purchase access to worker contacts, you'll have them available in your dashboard for 30 days.
What's included in the full service?
Our KSh 20,000 full service includes interviewing candidates, checking references, conducting background checks, and presenting you with the best matches for your needs.
How do I upgrade to Gold tier as a worker?
Register at the Bronze tier (KSh 500) or Silver tier (KSh 1,000) and upload your training certificates. Our team will verify them and upgrade your profile to Gold tier at no additional cost.
